When my order will be delivered / Is next day delivery possible?

Most asked question ever. First, most of the furniture will need 1-2-3 days to arrive to our warehouse and be ready for delivery. That is the main reason in 99% of the cases order can not be delivered next day. Second, we deliver to different areas on different days. To check you state/area, please visit our shipping page. In any case, we send you out a delivery proposition email at least 2 business days in advance. For most customers it happens within 5 days of the date of the order.


Can I request a delivery on a certain date?

No, usually you can't unless it's really large order that would take whole day of delivery crew. But if you're moving on a certain date you can of course request a delivery on a certain date or AFTER. We will put that on note for the order and will try to fulfill that request. However it is not guaranteed since we combine deliveries on certain areas on certain days.


Do you deliver on weekends/after hours?

Deliveries are usually sheduled on following timeframes: 9-11, 10-1, 12-3, 2-6. We almost deliver deliver on a weekends or after those hours. Delivery people usually call 30-60 mins before they come.


Do you pricematch?

There's link right next to every item price (itemview) where you can submit your pricematch request. For this you would need to have a link for exact item at different website. We will reply directly to your email.


Do you have a showroom, store, where can I see your furniture?

No, we don't have or plan to have a showroom or a physical store. Since we have a good few hundred items on the website, showroom even for a reasonable amount of this furniture is almost impossible and pointless to have (that would be a size a few blocks in Manhattan, probably). Online Business Model a better way to provide you with a large selection at MUCH more better prices than furniture stores. The only disadvantage: you can not 'touch' the furniture before the purchase, but for most pieces it is not very important (mattresses is exception). Call if you have any questions.


Do you offer a military discount?

We do not offer any military specific discounts at this time.

Can I take a look at some of the furniture you're offering?

We don't open a store to get a great price for you - our customers. However, we do trade the same furniture all furniture stores sell all over NY, NYC and NJ. We are unable to tell which store might have a particular model on the floor. However, it's 200% true that no store can offer you the price Comfyco.com does. You can easily research that by google'ing some of the models listed on our website, but we can guarantee that you will find our price nowhere.


Can you make this table in different color scheme, can I order the same item but in different finishing, leather type, leather color, etc. ?

For absolute most of items - no. We do not produce any furniture that we sell, and most of our furniture is imported. If we have a color option for a certain model, we have it listed on the website. For most pieces, it's only 1 color option.


I need a replacement part for my (chair, sofa, dining table, etc.) It's same model that you're selling. Can you assist me with that?

We are not manufactures, we are just re-sellers. Please contact factory who makes this furniture or try to ask for assistance in a store where you purchased this piece. If you purchased it from us, we can assist you in obtaining replacement part.


Where do you deliver furniture ?

We deliver furniture directly anywhere in NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, DE, RI, MD, DC, DE, providing the best home delivery service in US! For more info on delivery to other states and pricing go here.


Do you have furniture in stock or will I have to wait 8-12 weeks ?

Most of the furniture (95-100%) items that we offer are in stock and can be delivered almost right away. However some of the furniture might not be, 'cause we are connected to many warehouses and can't maintain stock information for all items. If you want your furniture before or on a certain date, please CALL BEFORE ordering. Don't hesitate to call and ask we have it in the stock, we'll be glad to assist.


Do you provide inside placement and assembly if needed ?

For local deliveries: We DO, and the best of all - it is already included in delivery price, so you don't need to worry about that. We don't do 'cheap' tricks as other furniture website do, like 'gold white glove service', 'platinum white glove service' with separate charges for assembly, stairs, etc. Our delivery teams are professionals, and will do everything to provide you with the best delivery service available. However that applies only to our 'local states' - NY, NJ, PA, take a closer look to delivery information section.

For 2+ floor deliveries we might ask you for tips for delivery guys. As a company we would almost never charge you extra for delivery. Please tell us about unusual delivery conditions before placing your order.


Do I have to pay tax ?

Only residents of NJ state are subject to 7% sale tax. It will be automatically included at your checkout.


What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept all major credit cards. You can pay directly in a shopping cart using Authorize.NET payment gateway, use Google Checkout or place COD order (cash-on-delivery). We do not accept Paypal at this time. There are certain limitations about COD orders, of course. Feel free to contact us if you have more questions.


Do you offer any financing ?

We do not offer any financing or payment plans at the moment. But you can use Paypal's Bill Me Later feature in order to get it financed. More info here.


Can I pay with a DEBIT Card?

Yes, you definitely can as long as you have the Visa or Master Card logo displayed on your debit card. Please note, many debit cards have a security precaution, which limits how much you can spend in one-day. If you are experiencing a problem at the check out page where your debit card is rejected, the solution is very simple. Please call up your debit card bank issuer (the phone number is on the back of the debit card). Tell your bank representative that you are making a large online purchase in the approximate amount of $ xxxx; this way the bank will increase your spending limit for your purchase. Now you can go back to the check out page and complete your order.


I don't like this online ordering stuff. Can I pay COD ?

Generally - YES. For NJ-NY-PA-CT-MD-DE-MA customers it's absolutely acceptable. However, in certain cases a $300 or more credit card deposit might be required before your order actually ships out for delivery.
