No, we don't have or plan to have a showroom or a physical store. Since we have a good few hundred items on the website, showroom even for a reasonable amount of this furniture is almost impossible and pointless to have (that would be a size a few blocks in Manhattan, probably). Online Business Model a better way to provide you with a large selection at MUCH more better prices than furniture stores. The only disadvantage: you can not 'touch' the furniture before the purchase, but for most pieces it is not very important (mattresses is exception). Call if you have any questions.

We are 100% online store and there's no showroom. If we would have a showroom, it is impossible to display over 4000 products we have for sale. We try to keep our prices great for you - our customer, and that's one of the reasons we're keeping it online only.
For absolute most of items - no. We do not produce any furniture that we sell, and most of our furniture is imported. If we have a color option for a certain model, we have it listed on the website. For most pieces, it's only 1 color option.
We are not manufactures, we are just re-sellers. Please contact factory who makes this furniture or try to ask for assistance in a store where you purchased this piece. If you purchased it from us, we can assist you in obtaining replacement part. You would need to send us an email to claims @ comfyco.com and include your order number.
Yes, we do that. However, all buildings require a specific things in COI, so you would need to provide us this info at least 1 day before a delivery on any of our emails.

We do not normally do that, unless it's a really large order. If you can't accept a delivery until a certain date, you can just let us know that and we will not disturb you until then. We usually offer you a delivery date and time based on our schedule to your delivery area, other orders, etc. No delivery is done until we confirm that with you, our customer. Most of the furniture (95-100%) items that we offer are in stock and can be delivered almost right away. Within a week or two max. However, it's always a good thing to check stock before placing an order. We have a special place on a first page of the shopping cart where you can easily check stock for everything you have in a shopping cart currently. We work with 20+ factories, so we can not display stock info on the website, it changes everyday anyway. Don't hesitate to call, email us or use special feature 'check stock' in a shopping cart to check stock.
For local deliveries: We DO, and the best of all - it is already included in delivery price, so you don't need to worry about that. We don't do 'cheap' tricks as other furniture website do, like 'gold white glove service', 'platinum white glove service' with separate charges for assembly, stairs, etc. Our delivery teams are professionals, and will do everything to provide you with the best delivery service available. However that applies only to our 'local states' - NY, NJ, PA, MA, CT, MD, DC, etc. For 2+ floor deliveries we might ask you for tips for delivery guys. As a company we would almost never charge you extra for delivery. Please tell us about unusual delivery conditions before placing your order.
Only residents of NJ state are subject to 7% sale tax. It will be automatically included at your checkout.
We accept all major credit cards. You can pay directly in a shopping cart using Authorize.NET payment gateway, use Paypal (you don't have to have an account with them) or place COD order (cash-on-delivery). Please note, many debit cards have a security precaution, which limits how much you can spend in one-day. If you are experiencing a problem at the check out page where your debit card is rejected, the solution is very simple. Generally - YES. For NJ-NY-PA-CT-MD-DE-MA customers it's absolutely acceptable. However, in certain cases a $300 or more credit card deposit might be required before your order actually ships out for delivery. Usually we take about 30%-50% of a total as a deposit.
