There have been so many questions about ordering options, but they are really easy to use.

When you visit the page for the first time, lets say you have some default configuration, for example: Ashur Sofa ('Ashur' is a model name or model number, in this case: name)


Options under Add to order tab are items you can add to current configuration, for example you have 'Sofa' as default, so you can add a 'Chair' there.


Options under Replace order are replacing your current configuration, i.e. 'Loveseat' instead of 'Sofa', for example or 'King Size Bedgroup' instead of 'Queen Size Bedgroup'.


After replacing your option you can add any items to already replaced thing, like add 'Chair' to a 'Loveseat', and the configuration label will display 'Loveseat + Chair', etc. Try to click on options and see how prices (configurations) change. It is really easier than seems at the beginning.

If there's no needed option (all options are not possible to predict) please call or e-mail your required order configuration and we will work with you in order to get you what you want.

We deliver any furniture for your convinience (unpacking, assebling, placement included) to northeastern USA (usually Mon-Wed for NY-NJ-PA, Thu-Fri for MD/DC/VA and CT/MA). For 98% orders it takes 1-5 business days, if item(s) are in stock. For some other states (like FL, IL, GA and others) we do ship our furniture, which may take 1-3 weeks or more.

* We have a schedule for certain areas that may vary. Usually orders to above areas arrive within a week. If you need specific date or would like to know about next truck to your area, please contact us directly.

We can't keep stock status for all items on the website. We work with 20+ different companies and it's really impossible to display 'IN STOCK' or 'OUR OF STOCK' labels next to each item. If you want your furniture pretty fast, please call us in advance to find out stock status, or use 'have questions' form.

Comfyco Furniture INC. is pretty flexible about payment options.

We do accept different credit cards through GOOGLE CHECKOUT or PAYPAL:   , Certified Checks (from companies), and, of course, Cash-on-Delivery. We do prefer NOT to charge your credit cards over the phone, so you can be sure your payment is 100% secure. No personal checks are accepted.
COD specials apply only to CASH payments. COD orders only possible in NY-NJ-CT-MA-MD-DC, areas, for other areas deposit with Credit Card is required.

There is NO hidden fees of any kind. You just pay for the item(s) you choose + delivery or shipping cost (free in most NE delivery areas). Residents of NJ state are subject to 7% sales tax.
