It is beautiful! It is unbelievably comfortable! It's made very well - from the stitching, to the tufting to the legs. Perfect, and we are very picky. It is the perfect Red! It makes a true statement in a room and everyone asks where we got it.
Not to mention how easy it was to order! I ordered it from NJ Comfyco and it was shipped immediately and arrived within days, NOT weeks as with other NJ and NYC furniture places.
Love the chair, Love the company! Wonderful customer service and even the local delivery company that brought the piece was friendly and professional and called me 24 hours before and an hour before he arrived - Great Guy and Great Service!.

I'm a bit disappointed by this lounger. The two guys that brought it first clarified that the "tip is not included", the chair has a hole in the bottom (you can't see it unless you flip it over, so it is ok) and is slightly wobbly. So, from far afar it looks very nice, close up it is clearly a cheaply put together product. Again, at this price it is ok and the leather is real, but it is not a really nice chair that I expected given ratings here.
Comfyco.com team: In case your chair is 'wobbly', please try to move it to a slightly different position. Our floors are far from perfect. In home depot, they sell a special furniture pads, just for cases like that. We are sorry for delivery guys, they work for fixed fee and of course want to get as much tips as possible, but this kind of phrase, is of course, not acceptable. Thank you.

The leather is soft, the chair style is modern and the chair is comfortable. A great addition to our living space at a great price!

With furniture, I really like to feel the material and also sit in the piece to see what the comfort level. I was hesitant to order the chaise even though with shipping, it was still a great price. Well let me tell you....I totally scored. Looks much more expensive than the price. Good quality leather and super comfy. Do not hesitate....with shipping to CA the whole shebang was still uder $600 and WELL WORTH IT!!!!

I worried that it might be a stiff leather piece, but it is very cushiony. I use it for hypnosis work in my office, and I am very pleased with it, as many different heights of clients find it comfortable. I'd consider it perfect if it was a little taller in the seat by another 6 inches, as my older patients (and even a few of my younger ones) don't find it easy to rise up out of. Color is true to picture--a cool/neutral beige--not too gold, not too brown. It is a light enough color that I am using a washable throw over the top/back so as to prevent natural hair oils from staining it with time The shipping by truck went fine and on time, with good communication to coordinate delivery.

Just got this - wowowow. i was pretty annoyed because of the wait and then couldn't get a delivery window that worked with the company they sent it on to, but all my anger is out the window. it's truly gorgeous. lighter than you'd imagine, nice plastic balls at bottom on legs - can put right on the wood floors and slide it. comfy - sleek - perfect width (not too chunky) and color is beautiful (brown). can't say enough! LOVE. also - was packaged verrrry nicely. wrapped in several layers of foam - no way to get damaged.
