Options are really easy to use. When you visit the page for the first time, lets say you have some default configuration, for example: 9250 Sofa + Loveseat (9250 is a model name or model number)
Options under Replace order are replacing your current configuration, i.e. 'Sofa' instead a 'Loveseat' or 'King Size Bedgroup' instead of 'Queen Size Bedgroup'.
Options under Add to order are items you can add to current configuration, for example you have 'Sofa + Loveseat' as default, so you can add a 'Chair' there.
Try to click on options and see how prices (configurations) change. It is really easier than seems at the beginning.
If there's no needed option (all options are impossible to include) please call or e-mail your required order configuration.
Availability
Most of our items are in stock (~95%). If you're paying for the item and it's out of stock, we'll deliver that as soon as it becomes newly available at the warehouse. We trade with many local and distand warehouses, so if you want that set before particular date, it's better to call or
ask of the stock status before placing the order. If the item is out of stock and we recieve a full payment or
deposit, we'll make sure we deliver your furniture to you or ship it as soon as new stock arrives in timely fashion
Warranty
This product is covered under a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Additional
warranty information is usually included in packaging. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this product's warranty.

WE DELIVER to NY-NJ-CT-MD-DE-PA within 1-5 business days!
We deliver any furniture for your convinience (unpacking, assebling, placement included) to northeastern USA. Usually it takes 1-5 business days, if item(s) are in stock and located on one of our local warehouses (yes, it's TRUE!). For some other states (like FL, IL, GA and others) we do ship our furniture, which may take 1-3 weeks.

There is NO hidden fees of any kind. You just pay for the item(s) you choose +
delivery or shipping cost. Also, residents of NY state will pay a 8.875% tax.

2 - This is average pricing in various affordable stores around 5 boroughs of NYC (Manhattan excluded). There are lot of furniture stores in NYC, this area is well-known of overall low-pricing for furniture products, because of various economical facts, including a lot of wholesale warehouses, cheap transportation pricing and big competition. This in just a value to compare with.
3 - Regular Delivery price to your state/area. If you're ordering sofa set, coffee table set and a dining room (for example), delivery price won't change. You do not pay this ammount for every item that you order. For smaller items, like coffee tables we do provide a shipping all over US and this shipping fee would be reasonably smaller.
