what type of mattress is needed for this set. I see some curve in mattress in above picture. Regular king mattress suits for this set? or any special shape of mattress do we need to order for this set?

Curve is in the bed, not in the mattress. Any mattress would do, but avoid too thick mattreses (14 inches or above). Thanks.

Platform bed means would it come with wooden slates or solid platform board?

I will repeat the question the last person ask because it wasn't answered in the explanation. What material is used to make the bed? Is it wood? Leather or some type of fabric around the top? The description of this product is very poor.

Eco-leather. This is a durable fabric made to substitute the leather. It is very soft and durable. Of course bedframe itself is wood covered with this eco leather. Thanks.
