Horrible design. The middle support frame is laughable at best with poor quality control standards from the manufacturer in Indonesia (different size legs, screws, etc).
Even worse customer service. After the bed broke within a week I was accused of moving the bed (heaven forbid!) and breaking the support legs myself. Customer service insisted that the bed was installed correctly (without having any knowledge of whether or not this was true) and suggested I put cardboard under the legs due to my floor being uneven (not true). It took 3 weeks for replacement parts to arrive which were still not adequate to support the frame, it's a horrible design. Customer service then said that the sale was final and there was nothing they would do to help. I ended up having to pay $100 to make custom boards that can actually support 2 normal size people's weights (~150lbs).
Possibly the worst buy of my life, I would not suggest using this company, you get what you pay for.

A few beds of this model were sold and no one had any problems. 2-3 days after initial delivery, customer sent us a picture with all 3 legs that support the bed in the middle looking into 1, approx 15 degree out of normal, direction. That's obviously was moved or either misused. All beds are installed correctly since we have a delivery teams with huge experience. If legs do not touch the surface, something needs to be attached between the legs and the floor. Thanks.
