I would need to get this to a loft space with a tight spiral staircase. Is the sofa disassembled enough to do that?

does this couch come dissembled? the space i have has a narrow door entry and hallway and there is no room to rotate a couch and would need to assemble couch in the room.

What are the dimensions to the end of the chaise section. I see it sais 37" for the depth of the couch but I want to make sure I will be able to walk around the chaise part since I have an RV with an island
