As for the quality of the couch, I must say Im disappointed. Two button tops have popped off and Ive not even had the couch a week!! My husband & I both work 50 hours a week so its not like we sit on it a lot or abuse it in any way either. But if you are spending $2,000.00 on a piece of furniture, you expect better quality. I'm taking the cushion to an upholstery guy this morning to get these buttons repaired & hope no other buttons pop.
SheilaNYCOctober 12th, 2010Firstly, I just need to give big props to the service of comfyco. I just moved here, just started a new job, and only had one morning when the sectional could be delivered. Amazingly, they totally followed through. And the delivery guys were in and out in like 10 minutes -- quick and efficient -- and took all the packing and boxing materials with them when they left. Everything about this was straight forward Ė no dodginess with the final bill, or hidden fees, etc. They say you get what you pay for, and considering this is a discount place I didnít know what to expect, but I am so pleasantly surprised. They delivered better service than other furniture places I bought pieces from them ABC regarding delivery and timing.
The sectional itself is great. The other reviewer is right in that the brown tone is cooler than what how it comes off in the picture. It is almost a slate dark brown in person -- which I think is even better than a generic brown color. I simply love it. Simple, clean, so versatile. Worth the investment.
StephenCambridge MAMarch 30th, 2010Excellent service. Very fast delivery and placement. I would say the brown colour is a little less warm than on the photo, but apart from that this is just as expected and about a million times better than waiting for Ikea or paying $$$ Crate & Barrel
