This is a wonderful sofa bed. Its been more than 6 months now since I purchased this sofa, it still looks as new as I bought. Its very spacious, not too soft, did not catch dirt like other sofa beds. I really liked a lot.
Lastly, much thanks to Comfyco with free delivery in jersey city. They were very helpful until this sofa bed delivered home. I had to notify them in the last minute of their delivery that my apartment management allow only insured movers into the apartment for furniture deliveries, I just called Comfyco and they faxed me the documents immediately.

Does this sofa fold out to a queen size bed?

Not quite. This sofa folds to a sleeping area of 75 x 45. Regular queen size is 80 by 60. Thanks.

For the sofabed, does 95" represent the outside width and 75" the seat width?

Right. 95 - overall length of the couch, 75 - sleeping area, i.e. distance between arms.

do I have to pull it away from the wall to open it up

It depends on far from the wall the product stands. Back needs a little bit of space, few inches to go down. If you have a sofa 100% to the wall you might need to pull back a little. Thanks.
