We don't have any swatches or samples to send out since we are not manufacturers.
Except special items that are marked with yellow special order sticker - no. We make every effort to carry all of the color options and finishes the manufacturer offers, and update our website to reflect that. If you find the same item elsewhere in a color/finish that is not displaying on our site, please contact us so that we may confirm availability.
We don't do or allow any pickups. After you place your order online we deliver or ship directly to you.
We will contact you to schedule a date 1-3 days before our delivery team will be in your area. If you have a date that you need delivery on further out than 2-3 weeks, or for larger orders, please call us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Returns are offered for items in new condition, within 30 days of delivery, not including the shipping costs. Products will only be picked up if they are not assembled and in brand new packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Read more
If you purchased the furniture item from us, we can assist you in obtaining a replacement part. You would need to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and please include your order number. Otherwise, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your furniture to ask for assistance or the original store where you purchased the item.
Yes, please select this option during checkout + contact us afterwards. Some buildings require specific items in COI, so please provide us this info at least 1 day before a delivery.
Unless this is custom / special order product - no, you don't need to wait that long, we deliver typically next business week. Most of the items on our site are in stock and can be delivered within 2 weeks. If you have a question about the stock status of an item, please use 'check stock' in shopping cart or use livechat.
For most of our local deliveries - NY, NJ, PA, MA, CT, MD, DC, etc. we will provide inside delivery and place your furniture where you desire. We do encourage tips for our drivers for exceeding expectations and in case of assembly or walk-ups. Please tell us about unusual delivery conditions before placing your order (it will be asked during checkout).
Only residents of NJ state are subject to 6.625% sales tax. It will be automatically included at your checkout. We don't charge sales tax in any other state except NJ.
We accept all major credit cards, and can pay directly through the shopping cart. We also offer PayPal, Amazon Pay, Stripe and Affirm Financing. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions.
We just pre-authorize all purchases. No payment are charged. We'll make sure everything you want is in stock, we deliver to your area, sometimes we'll email or call you and only when everything is clear we'll charge your payment. If you've made a mistake during checkout - don't worry, just email us or respond back to you payment receipt and we'll correct it right away.
Yes! You can see all of our latest coupons here. However, all our coupons work only in certain areas (local states) since we are servicing mostly local market. In addition, we often have sales or reduced prices on a variety of items - they can be found in on sale section. Check back often to see the latest deals.
