Do you have a showroom or store, where can I see your furniture?

In order to provide you with a wider variety of styles and the best possible pricing, we exclusively sell our furniture online.

Do you offer any financing?

Yes! You can Apply for PayPal credit and use PayPal on checkout.

Can I schedule a delivery on a particular day / How do I choose my delivery day?

We will contact you to schedule a date 2-3 days before we will be in your area. If you have a date that you need delivery on further out than 2-3 weeks, or for larger orders, please call us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. For more information on delivery go here.

What is your return policy? What if I don't like what I get?

Returns or exchanges are offered for items in like-new condition, within 30 days of delivery, not including the shipping costs. Products will only be picked up if they are disassembled when our driver gets there. We do not provide disassembly service. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Read more

What is your warranty information? Any warranty plans?

All products sold on the website come with up to 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty. Read more.

I don't see the color/finishing option for the item I want. Can I order a custom piece?

We make every effort to carry all of the color options and finishes the manufacturer offers, and have updated our website to reflect that. If you find the same item elsewhere in a color/finish that is not displaying on our site, please contact us so that we may confirm availability.

I need a replacement part for my (chair, sofa, dining table, etc.) It's same model that you're selling. Can you assist me with that?

If you purchased the furniture item from us, we can assist you in obtaining a replacement part. You would need to send us an email to claims@comfyco.com and please include your order number. Otherwise, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your furniture to ask for assistance or the original store where you purchased the item.

My building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), can you provide that?

Yes, however, all buildings require specific items in COI, so please provide us this info at least 1 day before a delivery..

Where do you deliver furniture?

We deliver furniture directly anywhere in NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, DE, RI, MD, DC, DE, providing the best home delivery service in US! For more info on delivery to other states and pricing go here.

Do you have furniture in stock or will I have to wait 3-4-8-12 weeks?

Most of the items on our site are in stock and can be delivered within 2 weeks. If you have a question about the stock status of an item, please contact us and we can provide you with that information.

Do you provide inside placement and assembly if needed?

For our local deliveries - NY, NJ, PA, MA, CT, MD, DC, etc. we will assemble and place your furniture where you desire. We do encourage tips for our drivers for exceeding expectations. Please tell us about unusual delivery conditions before placing your order.

Do I have to pay tax?

Only residents of NJ state are subject to 6.675% sales tax. It will be automatically included at your checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and can pay directly through the shopping cart. We also offer PayPal and COD orders (cash-on-delivery). There are certain limitations about COD orders and deposits will be required. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions.

Can I pay with a DEBIT Card?

Yes, as long as the Visa or Master Card logo is displayed on your card. Please note, many debit cards have a security precaution which limits how much you can spend in one day. If you are experiencing a problem at the check out page where your debit card is rejected, please call your debit card bank issuer (typically the phone number is on the back of the debit card). Inform your bank representative that you are making a large online purchase in the approximate amount of . This should reduce the risk of the purchase being rejected due to potential fraud. I don't want to pay online. Can I pay COD?

For NJ-NY-PA-CT-MD-DE-MA customers, yes, however, in certain cases a $300 or more credit card deposit might be required before your order actually ships out for delivery. Usually we take about 30%-50% of a total as a deposit.
