Cleaning fabric is easier than it seems and only in rare difficult cases professional care might be needed. Try to clean any type of fabric including chenille, micro suede and microfiber with a water-based shampoo or upholstery cleaner. Do not use solvents to spot clean. Do not over wet. Do not over agitate the fabric while cleaning.

I purchased this sofa for my first home as a guest bed. It is so comfy I actually use it for myself! My bed never needs making just a dust off and this sleeper sofa just clicks into a nice full size and firm bed. And it stores pillows and blankets in under drawers! I needed almost immediate delivery and they had it to me within a few days! The delivery men were polite and worked quietly and quickly and cleaned up the packaging nicely. The fabric is a soft microfiber and the seating and back cushion are nice and firm, great if you have a bad back like me. I love the color, perfect with my neutral walls with a sage like green can be decorated for fall or spring with a few changes of accent pillows or throws and window treatments.
I've gotten a few compliments already even though the room isn't finished yet, everyone likes the sofa/sleeper! I would recommend them and purchase again in the future, most likely a chair/bed. Great prices, fast service, good furniture, what else could I ask for? I'm very happy with my purchase from Comfyco.

nice couch for the money, though it is a bit hard. Will be good for sleeping, but sitting needs getting used to. I like the storage space underneath and the klik-klak is very easy to do.
Delivery was prompt as promised: they called when they were on their way and it gave me time to rush home from work to be there so I didn't have to sit there for a three hour window waiting. The delivery guys were very nice and helpful.

I received the couch today! Exactly a week after I ordered it. I was really surprised and impressed by the ease of this process. Ordered it Thursday (got the promo discount too!). By Monday my order and delivery were confirmed and here I am today sitting on the couch.
Overall, you get what you pay for, it's an inexpensive couch so I wasn't expecting it to be plush and soft or something you can just jump into. It's very firm, but I'm hoping after some use it will soften a bit. Regardless it's still very comfortable. Aesthetically it's beautiful, the deep red matches perfectly with my decor and is exactly how I envisioned. The microfiber was easy to clean (I had to vacuum some feathers and lint expected after assembly). The legs aren't wood, they're plastic but again you get what you pay for. This works really well for someone like me, who is on a budget, a college student/recent grad or just moving into an apartment for the first time. The size complements a small 1-bedroom like mine. I'm going to sleep in my living room tonight just to try out the bed! I'm loving the storage space for blankets and it folds down to a bed easily.
My only complaint, which isn't major, was the attitudes of the delivery men.

I've had the sofa bed and chair for over 2 weeks now and I love both! The color is just what I hoped it would be to match my rug and decor. Both pieces feel solidly-built and very comfortable. The sofa bed converts effortlessly. Deliver and setup was easy and seamless. They had both chairs assembled in less than 20 mins. My only gripe is that the case for one of the pillows started coming apart as soon as I started using it. But that can be easily replaced by contacting customer service. I would definitely recommend this product.

Absolutely love the sofa. It fit in the room exactly as I hoped. It's easy to work into the futon. The firmness was exactly what I wanted after my last sofa. I would definitely buy from Comfyco again

The sofa is a great quality for the price. It's not a sofa or chair that you sunk into, but it's comfortable to sit on and I like its firmness. The delivery guys were pretty efficient in assembling the furniture. I got it within a week of placing my order which was awesome!

I LOVE my sofa! It's firm but comfy and the perfect shade of deep, bright red. The microfiber fabric is soft and very suede-like. I would very much recommend this sofa if you're thinking about it.
One of the delivery guys was gruff, but friendly. The other guy tried to tell me that assembly was not part of the delivery service, and when I pointed out to him that the site says assembly is included for my area he got an attitude and refused to talk to me the rest of the time.
Other than that guy, I'd definitely order from Comfyco again.

I agree with the other reviews. Couch and chair are both very comfortable to sit or lay on, but they are not the type of construction that you can flop down onto, nor sink into. I love the color, texture and ease of use for the conversion. The chair converts to a child size bed, so cute. Definitely get the delivery guys to assemble them for you. I also had really good experiences with the comfyco customer service - I'll use them again for sure.

The sofa and chairs are exactly the color I wanted. They are very firm but are also very comfortable. The sofa is easy to open into a bed. The company was wonderful to work with; I had the furniture within ten days of ordering it.

Great quality, especially for the price! The couch is stiff, but super comfortable to sit and even sleep on. The material is really nice quality too. I usually hate microfiber, but this one almost feels like suede. I highly recommend it.

What materials are the legs and frame made of. what is the warranty and guarantee for the furniture. What is the weight limit. How about fabric care and scotch guarding?
