Pleasantly surprised that delivery also includes assembly--would have been very time consuming to try assembling on my own. Wooden crossbars are weak and too few (only 5 per bed). Asked for additional 10 crossbars--which they delivered promptly and without charge. Overall frame not as sturdy as I would have liked (especially weak cross bars and rail), but finish is nice looking. Price is good, but you get what you pay for.
