Hi is it possible that I could have the hydraulic mechanism to the frame so there would be under the mattress storage ? I just want to know if it can be done with any platform bed ? Thank you

It can't be done w/ any platform bed since types of platforms are quite different. We also don't know if anyone successfully did such a modification when it's not a part of package from a factory. Hydraulic beds are quite rare, and this is not one. Thanks.

How tall is it off the ground ? Like the bottom part

We don't have an exact measurement. There are tiny legs that keep the frame off the ground, they are roughly 1-2 inches. Thanks.

What is holding the mattress up? Are there slats? We love this but want the bed at the same level as the outside. Can it be dropped inside the surrounding frame?

There are 13 slats w/ mid support that connect to a bed frame. It's no advisable not to use any support system. Thanks.

How is this shipped? Or what size is the box(es) it’s shipped in? Would need to navigate a stairwell and assemble in the room.
