We ordered the Alcester sectional Sofa because we had family coming into town with their toddler and Comfyco bent over backwards to make the delivery happen before they arrived - the delivery guys were nice and took all the packing material with them. The couch is firm but our guests loved it to sleep on and there was plenty of room for the 3 of them we were so happy with how easy it pulls out into a bed and we put a queen size sheet on the couch part and twin on the chaise portion - the storage factor in the chaise is so smart! We looked at more expensive sleeper sofas but they all still have that awful bar - it makes no sense that they have not gotten smarter with eliminating the bar and that is why I turned to the internet and found Comfyco with their amazing selection - I was hesitant at first to order without seeing it in person but we couldnt be any happier with this couch. The color is as pictured and the material is actually nicer than I thought it would be. These types of couches are so innovative and I am so glad I found Comfyco!
