Excellent delivery and service. Very nice and compact guest loveseat/ bed. Also has a very useful storage under the bed.

It's not the most comfortable thing. but it is small and perfect for city apartments. I would recommend getting a mattress pad for it. Overall for the money i would recommend.

Is it delivered assembled or disassembled? If it assembled, is it possible to disassemble it in order to bring it up several flights of stairs?

What is the seat height? Is seat height the same as bed height? Seat height is important to those of a certain age.
