AH18 gray fabric retro-style sofa bed w/ wooden legs

Read Lewis's review. The delivery was fine, the people were nice and set it up well. And it looks great. But the foam cushions are really cheap. When you sit down, you can tell you're not sitting on something made with quality. However, it looks great on my airbnb listing.3

This couch is sooo cool! It is sturdy, light enough to move easily and the retro look is smooth. My best friend and her husband slept on it for 2 nights and said it felt great.I love it! 4

I purchased this sofa a few months back. It looks just like the picture and ascetically, it's great. However, for comfort, it is awful. It was very firm when it arrived, but after about 3-4 months, when you sit on it, you can feel the wood coming through. It has not been used that much and is very uncomfortable to sit on now. I would not recommend this sofa. The delivery guys, however, were great! They called ahead, delivered the sofa when they said they would be here and set it up. 2

The sofa is comfortable both to sit and sleep on, especially if you like firm mattresses like I do. We purchased it to sleep on when my parents visit, and honestly I didn't want to go back to my bed. Long enough for people over 6 feet tall to stretch out on. It is slightly narrower than a full size bed, so it wouldn't be good for two people on the ample side to sleep, but sturdy for even a couple that is a bit hefty. Color and description are accurate to the pictures (we bought the orange/red one). Very nice piece that fits in well with our 1950's retro look. If you're looking for something stylish and functional - this is a great one for the price. ComfyCo was very good about keeping us informed about delivery times and accuracy on product description and quality. However, threw us a little curve ball on the delivery charge. Website lists free delivery in all the boroughs of NYC, yet, once we placed the order and paid for the item we were informed that there would be a $40 fee for walk up buildings. over 80% of buildings in NYC are walkup - so that is quite misleading. Even after tipping the delivery guys, they refused to remove the packaging - claiming that wasn't something they do. Still - even with the added charge they beat out the other two competitors on the price of this particular sofa. Overall Comfy Co is great on keeping in touch once product is purchased and product quality, but they sorely need improvement on accuracy on delivery costs and response to questions prior to purchase. 5

I got orange and the color almost exactly matches the picture. It is modern looking and sturdy. The delivery was fast and the guys assembled it on the spot within 15 minutes. I love the sofa, especially for the price!5

Overall, I am really happy with this sofa bed. You can't beat the price and the quality. The color is a little darker than the picture but I like the darker charcoal. The delivery was about an hour later than the time given but the assembly was included which was great. 4

First off the gray is considerably darker (a lot more than the standard deviation of monitor quality). Then mainly, this couch is rock hard - I'm more comfortable on the rug. I just put it together and I'm taking it apart to send it back. The material of the cushion is less than an inch of foam and then it must be plywood right underneath as this couch is unbearably tough. The seat high is far too high, and the angle of the back rest is almost 90 degrees, but wait it can be adjusted to 30 degrees or 0 degrees.. makes zero sense!1

Have to disagree with 2-star review. Great quality, looks and overall comfort. Really satisfied.5

Just responding to previous reviewer after seeing 2 stars for this amazing piece: both my family and my sister bought 2 of these sofas, one in grey and one in orange for our homes - amazing pieces! Comfy and modern looking. Not sure why to feel unhappy about it. Great service, too.5

While this couch is definitely beautiful and modern, it's not that comfy. Works alright as a bed, but it feels like cheap foam for cushioning. In some areas I can even feel the wood frame. As for delivery - It was super fast, but the guys were not nice and really afraid of dogs. Ended up telling them to leave and assembled myself. On the up side it was easy to put together. 2
