Naomi black velvet fabric contemporary sofa

***DISSATISFIED*** I ordered two of these sofas and when they were delivered (at 6:15am) the delivery men insisted on unpacking the sofas and took multiple pictures. They did not take the packaging however they left it outside on the ground. After one was delivered, and before they carried the other inside, I expressed concern about my satisfaction of the product and asked about refusing the delivery. They told me no I could not refuse the delivery and that arrangements would have to be made through the company and they would pick it up. I called Comfyco two weeks later as we have been busy with work and two school age children and homeschooling. I explained and also told them that one of the sofas was ripped on the bottom and that it also squeaked when we sat on it. I also told the gentleman when I called in that I wanted to keep one and return the other. They told me I could not return the product and they offered me absolutely nothing. I am COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED with this purchase, the quality and the customer service. I will never order from comfyco again. 1
