Omega quality solid wood round top dining table

The Omega table is a really sharp looking wenge finish and is reasonably well constructed for the price. It is fairly heavy but is made with good quality veneers, not solid wood. The table is shown with four chairs but I think that it is too large to use with only four chairs. I bought eight, and feel that the table can comfortably seat eight people of average build. The caveat is that there isn't room to push all eight chairs under the table so you have to have the space/be prepared to have the chairs only 1/3 under the table. I was dying to find a dark wood, solid round table in a modern style that would seat 8 people, and this really fit the bill. Finally, I didn't buy the chairs shown in the image as I didn't want upholstered seats. Instead, I bought upholstered chairs from another line by the same manufacturer, and they matched perfectly and are well made for occasional use. If you are using this furniture every day, and have kids, etc., that would be rough on it, I'd look elsewhere because it's not Stickley and it won't last forever.4
