This bed is not what I expected at all. This bed is high gloss and it is pleather, not leather whatsoever. The company will not do anything to make sure I am a happy customer. Not purchasing with them ever again.

We are sorry this bed is not to your expectations. We never had any complaint or negative review about this bed before. However, call 2 weeks after delivery and claim that 'you were not there at the time of delivery' + finish is not 'to your expectations' and expect us to do something about it is ... strange. Thanks.
