Comfyco has turned me into a loyal customer, first the website had the cheapest price quoted with delivery and set up, second they kept me updated on the delay of my product due to the bad weather kudos for that, then they delivered my product and set it up (delivery man was not the friendlies but to the defend I was on the phone when they walk in.) I just got the sleeper today so I can't say much. It looks and work as pictured. so, far I love the extra space the couch is not the most comfortable but it's very cute and I would buy it again it is for my son to sleep on when he comes home from college so we will see if he likes it.

Can a 6"3 person fit without feet hanging over? Also, is it soft and comfy to sit on the loveseat?

We can't say if anyone could 'fit': see if measurements of the couch work for you. It's soft, but not plush-soft - these pieces are harder than usual sofas since they're used as beds. Thanks.
