Does this come in flat boxes during when delivered. Will it able to pass through most hallways?

Are the legs Black or a black-brown? In the description it says black but in the pic the legs look like a dark brown.

What does one rotation mean? On the chase? What other way can it be faced if not on oposite sides?

I am understanding this comes in two pieces. What are the dimensions of each piece? I ordered it and now I am not sure if it make the turn into the room.

There are measurements for sectional overall. 110 by 85. If you are trying to fit the sectional into a rectangular, rectangular would have such a measurements. Thanks.
