Can you tell me the difference between the dresser and the single dresser? Also is there a chest available for this set? Thank you

Single dresser is typically dresser which is shorter than regular version + it also has 1 set of drawers vertically instead of 2. There's no chest available for this model, only wardrobe. Thanks.
