This sofa is gorgeous and looks 200% better than pictures. You can't almost buy it by looking at pictures only. However, it's absolutely great. Delivery people also told me it's reversible so I can install it on a right if I want to, I need it on left, but anywaaayz great to know! Thanks!

It says that the middle pulls out to make a large bed. How? It looks like it should be an ottoman. Also, do the storage chaises feel hollow or sturdy?

Middle part goes forward + back goes down. Storage chaises have storage inside but they don't feel hollow.

Does it come with the middle insert. If not how do you get it?
